Fall 2011. MPA is pleased to announce we have been retained by VANS, a division of VF Corporation, to handle their international expansion into Canada.

2011. Roll-out of Joe Fresh standalone stores in Canada.

2011. MPA engaged by H&R REIT to handle retail leasing and development consulting for Atrium, a 1 million square foot mixed-use project in downtown Toronto.

Fall 2010. MPA handling General Nutrition Centres Canadian new store expansion.

2009-2010. Finalized market entry strategy and multiple deals for global power house Victoria's Secret in Canada. Also, completed acquisition of Canadian stores and head office of Tall Girl for UK-based Long Tall Sally, as well as completing the initial entry of Long Tall Sally into the USA.

2008. MPA is pleased to have completed the successful launch package for Bath & Body Works in Canada and subsequent rollout. MPA also completed transaction for Aerie Flagship store at the Toronto Eaton Centre.

2007. Following the announcement of the acquisition of La Senza Corporation by Limited Brands in a transaction valued at $710 million CDN MPA handled all real estate related components of the transaction, which successfully closed on January 12th, 2007. La Senza Corporation joins the Limited Brand's family of companies, including the famous Victoria's Secret brand.
