July 2008. MPA completes transaction for Aerie Flagship store at the Toronto Eaton Centre.

January 12, 2007. Following the announcement of the acquisition of La Senza Corporation by Limited Brands in a transaction valued at $710 million CDN MPA handled all real estate related components of the transaction, which successfully closed on January 12^th, 2007. La Senza Corporation now joins the Limited Brand's family of companies, including the famous Victoria's Secret brand.
